Pros

+Minimum 20 days PTO when you start, with ability to earn 3 more days while volunteering at local non-profit organizations. +Work-life balance is great. +Pay is average for the area +Free arcade machines and foosball tables in the cafe +Events hosted for employees are nice breaks from the work

Cons

-Lack of recognition where it counts (cash incentives) -The general drone of corporate culture is very present (cubicles everywhere) -Daniel Island is very nice, but requires crossing a bridge or 2 depending on where you are coming from, which means commute is a daily drain

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
