      Pros

      I met a lot of great people and they have nice office setups. Can make decent money if you get a good territory.

      Cons

      Mid level management is absolute trash. Extremely old school methods and mindsets. Poor tools provided for sales. You are truly just a number and a quota. Executive leadership team is driving Blackbaud into the dirt. Company needs a major refocus and investment in their products. Quit buying and releasing products that are half baked and then throwing around the infamous "integrated" term. You can make more money working a retail job than the base pay they will give you.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
