- Name recognition and respect in the Charleston community - Generally good mission to help non-profits succeed and work toward social good
Cons
- lack of job security even though the company seems secure (ex: two layoff rounds within last year, data breach that hurt countless customers and lack of transparency with customers about breach) - dated tech that isn’t worth the price jump for customers however sales is expected to push customers to upgrade - lack of support for sales. Managers haven’t all been in the role before so unable to truly help sell or understand how to close deals start to finish - serious lack of diversity within sales. Very few women or non-white AEs and when bringing this up to management I was essentially ignored. This was a tipping point for me in leaving in pursuit of a more inclusive company that would properly train employees and help them grow rather than an individualized sink or swim mentality. - company claims to want to work as one team, however true support from teammates and management is lacking
