Pros

It pays well I guess

Cons

I cry every day. Not because customers are mean, I actually love most customers. But I cry because how over worked we are. Blackbaud pays well so they can pretend to be a good company and it is the only reason people will stay.

Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

Cons

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
