      Pros

      There’s an alligator in the parking lot.

      Cons

      The company overspent on investments in purchasing other companies and building a new HQ, down the street from the old HQ (still in close proximity to alligators) and solved the problem by laying off thousands of people.

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
