Pros

Generous PTO Direct manager has been great Great products and they are getting better Market leader

Cons

Seems to be more concerned about cutting costs. Basically gave everybody that had a company phone a pay cut by eliminating that benefit. All the good salespeople jumped ship over the past year because the pay at BB is well below market for software sales. Even more jumped ship after the new comp plan was released. Horrendous! My guess is they will lose even more reps over the next few months with the new micromanagement strategy.

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
