      Pros

      Occasional volunteer days to participate in local causes.

      Cons

      Good company overall, but underpays they’re people (around 30%) under the illusion that you are supporting nonprofits when it’s all about the corporate profits. Consistent reduction of mid level employees to save money, then rehires new personnel at lower rates. reduction of mid-level employees creates internal distrust Pushed to work long hours for less pay

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
