      Pros

      The culture of the company is phenomenal and even though it's a for profit organization, you get the satisfaction of working with customers who are changing the world on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The only con for me had to do with company focus on areas that I work on within the company and Mike has changed that and done a great job.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
