      Pros

      Great flexibility, steady pipeline, safe opportunity to grow your skill set. The manager that I reported to was outstanding and the best that I have had so far in my career.

      Cons

      There was a general lack of a sense of long term direction. With multiple product lines that all somewhat cannibalize each other, there was no strong decision about which direction the company would be moving in.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
