Remote role, great benefits that you receive immediately upon hire, great teammates, positive environment.
Cons
A lot of disorganization in the department. 3 months of training was just watching videos and trying to get shadow calls. There was not much support during those 3 months except for a random check-in here and there. There was not enough work after 3 months of training and they let go of my team at the end of Q2 only a year after creating the team and hiring all external staff.
