      Pros

      Fantastic company, product, culture and mission. Well run compared to other Fortune 2000/5000 companies - strong annual review process, HR function, transparency about corporate performance and board/stockholder relations, and fantastic products.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, slow to change and constant reorganizations due to leadership changes leads to some inefficiencies. Nonprofit customers can also be extremely demanding without the services or contract rewards to match the demands.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
