Business Outlook
Pros
Good work life balance. Respectful colleagues. Gives back to community. After 8 years at Blackbaud, I left for another company where I had more opportunity. I'm honest in saying "the grass isn't always greener on the other side." I've considered coming back to Blackbaud given the pros listed above.
Cons
It can get very political. This alone impacts everyone, no matter their position in the company. It has negative implications on work output and the final delivered product. I did not find there was any upward opportunity in the role I played or the team I was on.
