Pros

- Remote - Rather easy and simple tasks

Cons

- Strict schedule - Multiple unnecessary meetings - Some unfriendly coworkers who have been there for years - A lot of micromanagement - A lot of the products are outdated - You'll be encouraged to up sell to clients and a lot of them are already complaining about the prices - Support is split into way too many tiers with different levels of access to databases which prevents some support analysts from actually being able to help without sending it to a higher level analyst

Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.
