      Pros

      Flexible work environment, very considerate of work/life balance. Loyalty to overall objectives and goals of the company.

      Cons

      Very little transparency in decision making, and very reactive decision making. Little appetite for the truth of how things are progressing at upper levels. What is happening in teams is not translated to upper levels and issues go long unaddressed. A lot of posturing, 'making pretty', and being vague enough to 'meet your goals' without actually having accomplished original intent. Difficult often to define the original intent.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
