      Pros

      Lots of promotion opportunities and ways to move about the company. Great work-life balance with strong PTO plan and remote working (no commute!)

      Cons

      Leadership and strategy has been up and down over the years, although I think we are heading in a positive direction.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
