Pros
Room for growth within the company. Fairly good work life balance. While in the office you can make some great friends and everyone gets along well even with management.
Cons
During my time there your success was highly dependent on the product or market you were calling for as well as the list of leads handed down from the marketing department. The difference between the verticals (what type of non-profit you called for) was very blatant yet was poorly handled. It’s something that I understand is tough to perfect but the gap between different verticals was not acceptable. Entire teams/verticals would be working late, making 2-3x the amount of calls (60-80 a day) and still miss their quota while the same month another group would be taking long lunches, multiple breaks, and only 10-20 calls per day and exceed their quota by a high margin.
