      Pros

      -For the most part there are great people working at Blackbaud -Decent benefits -Pretty flexible if you're hitting your numbers -Good work environment

      Cons

      -Selling to non-profit organizations is difficult at times - say they're ready to purchase but things can change in an instant -Blackbaud's internal processes are difficult -Too many products, too much training, too many internal meetings

      Was able to grow professionally, and be pushed to be the best employee possible

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
