      Pros

      Flexible working environment with work from home options. Management was nice, down to earth. Overall everyone is welcoming. There is plenty of room for incremental growth.

      Cons

      Growth takes time, and the pay is OK not great.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
