      Pros

      Noble end goal of supporting non-profit organizations. Charleston and Austin are great places to live. GREAT consultants within the services organization.

      Cons

      Professional Services is a mess. The rock star consultants end up saving the day by finding ways to make the software work and keeping clients happy. The software is oversold and Professional Services leadership, starting at the top, has no clue on how to run a services organization.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
