Pros
The people! Everyone who works there is kind, smart, and passionate about what they do. Working with non profits is great, especially in an industry that isn't typically known for helping the world. Helping our clients do real good in the world makes going into the office way every day more rewarding. Great, supportive culture that really promotes a good work/life balance and camaraderie between teams as well. Pretty good benefits as well - good PTO programs, 401k matching, and good health care.
Cons
They don't pay as well as other companies in the industry and the management is frustrating at times. The legacy products are also outdated and can be frustrating to work with.
