      Great PTO policy, friendly management

      Cons

      Lots of problems with internal communication. I also think that the Blackbaud acquisition has only been making the Luminate products and Austin office worse and less efficient over time.

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
