      Pros

      Market leader working with nonprofits doing great work. People who work at Blackbaud have a passion in the space. When in Charleston, there is a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      - Technology that is a few years behind - Sales driven culture - Pay is way below market - Marginal benefits

      Honestly, at the time there weren’t many cons.

      Pros

      Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

      Cons

      Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
