Pros

Hour lunch breaks, weekends off, casual dress code, beautiful office, low call volume compared to most call centers, get to help non profit orgs, customers you speak to are usually pleasant and not angry or mean, staff is nice, all the HR people are nice and truly care about your concerns

Cons

Training will not prepare you for the job. Training helps a lot, but it will take a lot of tears, frustration and patience until the job gets easy. Not a lot of support once you are out of training. You need to be comfortable with working alone and figuring out things on your own to survive in this position.

Pros

Decent pay, remote work flexibility, you get to work with some very talented folks.

Cons

Used to be proud to work for Blackbaud but that has all but disappeared in last 2 years. Poor and ineffective leadership, false transparency, frequent layoffs, bonuses based off of stock which has been tanking. It's a sinking ship. Avoid at all costs.
