Pros
Working for Blackbaud gives me a sense of fulfillment knowing that I am helping the organizations that are making a difference in the world. This Company is very stable, it has been around for about 30 years. There is a lot of opportunity for movement within the company. The Austin office has a lot of fun. They even have a company choir.
Cons
At times it can become difficult working with client contacts who lose sight of the organization's mission.
