Pros
Great to know you were working toward a cause, even though indirectly. Seeing non profit organizations rely on Blackbaud as the backbone of their marketing and data management operations was the kind of "feel good" work that kept the team going.
Cons
The tools are outdated, processes are not automated when they should be, difficult to work in a team setting when all team members are remote. Career opportunities are only available if you're on the top of the food chain.
