You can work alongside some great people! The mission is strong, however, the way the executives and business act on this mission makes for friction within the social good community. You read about it all the time on social posts.

Annual lay offs - for the last 7/8 years! I have lost count. CEO recently arrested this year for drinking under the influence. He took no responsibility and claimed he was at a family dinner...mind you he was booked at 6 am in the morning. They removed cash bonus and replaced with stock bonus that has to vest for 1 year. Problem with this, is that stock tanks or you get laid off = no bonus at all. Leadership feels that stock is strong but they are blind to reality. Extremely weak benefits package! It is shocking that this Benefits team finds our offerings competitive. It goes to show how ignorant they are in terms of competitive analysis in the industry.
