Pros
Mission focused employee base, excellent work-life balance. It's a great place to work. 10+ years with the company isn't unusual at all, and I'd guess most employees see themselves staying for at least several more years. Growth opportunities are abundant in the junior level ranks.
Cons
Blackbaud suffers from the same challenges all market incumbents do - lack of innovation, product arrogance, irreverance for competition, etc. It's also a southern company with southern norms and cultural standards - good and bad.
