Pros
Supportive environment for employees. Good benefits. Most of the direct managers are good. They are very supportive of volunteer activities and work/life balance.
Cons
Blackbaud's products held a dominant position in the NFP space for such a long time that they got complacent. Now they are trying to catch back up in a hurry and it has resulted in decisions that have not always been very sound. The company is a patchwork of acquired companies that have not been integrated very well so it can be difficult to navigate the organization and technology.
