Pros
The people are good, and they are willing to hire experience. Close to BART station and Ace has a bus that serves the area.
Cons
HR dept is young. They use national salaries to determine pay scales. A lot of long time employees are leaving, and there has been very little hiring, so there is a fair bit of brain drain.
