Good Location, good pay and good working conditions, newer technologies and constantly growing business.
Cons
Treat Engineers as worker bees. Clock in and clock out attitude. No recognition, motivation or understanding or innovation. They organize annual hackathons and the leadership never bother to implement a single idea that comes out of it. They don't want people to grow because they prefer people to work on their petty goals 8 to 5 pm. It is a small company where bad fish have creeped in the management and the entire environment is just stale. People even leave due to bad managers who in turn keep getting promoted. It is not about work or ideas any more, but more about political games and selfish attitudes. HR is in management's pocket so what else is to be expected.
