Business Outlook

Pros

Good location if you live near BART or Pleasanton. A good learning experience as far as what to avoid in terms of your career. You can read fake five star reviews on Glassdoor!

Cons

On the technology side, lots of things were broken. No one wanted to fix these things, well I should say no one in management cared about fixing these things. On call? You are working for free 24/7 because something is going to break at 3 AM during the week or all weekend. Endless backstabbing and reorgs. Bad managers firing/replacing other bad managers with new bad managers. An unwillingness to accept that doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results=insanity.
