Pros
Good location... some very smart employees... (i wonder why they're staying there)
Cons
1) A lot of stup1d/clueless employees. This is because the Management forced the hiring Managers to hire warm bodies so whoever gets in the door can get the job no matter how dum8 the person is. 2) The CF0 manges the CT0 and Ci0... on a company that is solely dependent on IT Services, budget is not being spent well. 3) Too much politics. 4) The Infrastructure Operations is very incompetent except for a few. 5) No chance for promotion or raise unless you know someone from higher Management. 6) Bad compensation overall.
