      The political environment and sweat shop mentality are dreadful, and needful of a change at all levels. The worst of the companies I have seen in 20 years.

      Good management, bonus opportunities, training

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
