Pros
The best part of my experience was learning a great industry in a big company (opportunities to experience different types of projects), but also having exposure to a very unhealthy corporate environment, to help me avoid and maybe better navigate that sort of thing in the future.
Cons
It was toxic. That word gets thrown around, but there's really nothing more fitting, because it was my worst job experience. In my experience HR was unsupportive and not trustworthy, many managers were very petty, and non-manager employees were not valued.
