      Great medical benefits. Great vacation accrual. Great sick pay. Great time off during the holiday. Flex time. You are treated like an adult. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      The office has grown and hard to keep a family atmosphere. Many changes with people leaving and not hiring fast enough to balance work load. Lot's of changes in updating technology
