Very bad appraisals, in single digits. Managers and leadership are keen to promote themselves rather than recognizing and promoting actual employees. There is no growth both in professional and finance wise. HR is virtually non-existing. Especially for women employees. Even with doing more than the required amount of work, male employee gets promotion and better hike than women employee.
