age discrimination a real possibility - Merchandiser Blackhawk Network Employee Review

I'm fairly certain they discriminate based on age (at least the hiring manager does). I had all the qualifications and was even told so, but yet not given a chance. It's very difficult to prove but when you are told you are a good candidate, why the need to start over and hire someone younger?
