1. The development team holds exceptional knowledge. They are 90% of the reason why BHN is a success. 2. The QA team is comprehensive before every release. 3. There are humane and very down-to-earth people in the organization who care about the well-being of the employee and the employer.
Cons
1. The previous HR team, back in 2022 was the best HR reps this company could have seen. The point of having an HR rep is your issues are being addressed and resolved but it turns out it's all a downfall now. Well, enjoy the dirty politics. 2. Some managers and senior managers cannot even distinguish between the FE language and BE language. It is genuinely shocking how they get promoted without having basic knowledge. 3. The company employees lack empathy and expect everyone to act like robots. If a question from "3 idiots" could be answered that who would hire robots, BHN would stand on top of the list. 4. Say bye-bye to having a good night since the employees in IST are expected to work in IST and in CST.
