Used to be a great place to work - Account Manager Blackhawk Network Employee Review

When i started working for BHN it was a nice place to work but over the years the targets increased double digits percentages every year but they never hired additional people to support these ambitions, on top of that they had multiple hiring freezes so you coudn`t even replace the existing people. So all the teams where stretched and everyone started to defend their little island as they coudn`t handle the workload that was asked from them. On top of that salary increases where basically non-existing so all the people that actually did the work started to leave.
