Flexible hours, everyone is generally very friendly and easy to get along with. The company has a large number of people who come back after leaving the company which speaks highly of the place. Good opportunity to grow. Senior leaders are generally very keen to up skill their staff and are happy for people to move within the organisation
Cons
Company can be very quick to react to negative sales and lay off staff, especially people at senior levels. Leaves unorganised structures and results in more pressure for all involved. Pay is regularly below industry, so the place can be a great stepping stone for people looking to make the next leg up.
