      Great employee benefits and flexible work arrangement.

      Cons

      Management is kind of all over the place with their directions. There are good people to work with but unfortunately not many in the management team. Daily back to back meetings which are mostly repetitive discussions that are unproductive.

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
