      Pros

      Zero pros. Company is a revolving door of managers. They get rid of their experienced team members to make room for for friends, nepotism is rampant. Nobody in leadership knows what they are doing.

      Cons

      Everything. Misled with expectations. Lied to about job responsibilities, earning potential. Quota and role changes drastically every year. Took 6 months to have 2024 quota in place, so half the year you don't know if you're performing or underperforming. Leadership is full of nepotism, from the VP down. Hiring only colleagues he used to work with at Clarivate. Does not give tenured reps the potential to move up in the company. Zero promotions on any team in 5+ years.

      Good management, bonus opportunities, training

      Cons

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
