      Pros

      I had never seen companies where senior management will join the any calls and giving solutions, they never give chance to learn and control each and every decision. Shifty culture and they treat employees bad. The Principal engineers talk but never works on coding/ architecture

      Cons

      Companies is not for engineers who work but they expect to talk lot snd shirty culture and don't join unless no other option

      The pay is low. Staffing isn’t enough to meet workload, no performance based raises for entry level employees, and very few promotions available
