Business Outlook
Pros
The staff and personnel are wonderful. There are many long term employees, myself included. Multiple offices and overall it was a good experience for me.
Cons
The last 5 years have had some lay offs and down-sizing. It's unfortunate because for many years management was able to avoid this with steady growth.
