Pros
The best staff you'll ever work with. Period. Everyone is authentic, fun and professional. It's the first job I've ever had where I feel like I'm working among peers instead of in a hierarchy. They care, they let you know they care, and they value having a great work-life balance. We work hard and we play hard.
Cons
I don't really see this as a con, but the only thing I know some people struggle with is the lack of a structure to train you. Luckily they do an amazing job of hiring people who will thrive in this kind of an environment, but if you need supervisors who are hands-on this may not be the right fit for you.
