- Great people to work with - This company really cares about it's employees - If you are assigned a task, there isn't a strict structure on how you do it, as long as it gets done correctly and on time - They really do try to make work fun and everyone is extremely helpful
Cons
Not as corporate structured so there aren't strict ways of doing some tasks which can be difficult if you are someone that needs to have specific directions when doing a task
