Pros
100% paid health insurance, generous PTO accrual, lax dress code and ‘fun people’.
Cons
The principles try to ensure the company is unique from other management companies, but that comes with a risk. Too many startup programs with too many issues and no support. Principles don’t seem to have it together and are not on the same page when it comes to making decisions which leaves onsite teams feeling blindsided and unsupported.
