Pros
Great benefits considering the industry, mostly cool coworkers and site teams. Drinking and eating on company dime. Opportunities to move up quickly. Flexibility to run your buildings how you see fit (double edged sword).
Cons
My opinion: Horrible upper management, nepotism to the extreme, toxically performative on social issues, zero work life balance, bad ethics. Expect to work 60 hours a week if you are a PM. No systems in place to help you streamline things, no real helpful training. Higher ups exhibit questionable behavior and leadership skills but are too favorited by the owners of the company for anything to change.
