Pros
Great mission and this is probably one of the rare organizations where you can truly be yourself.
Cons
Leadership doesn't know how to handle conflict and believes conflict loses money. So, instead of addressing the situation and helping employees resolve their issue (ie. agree to disagree, celebrate diversity of thought, encourage collaboration), they eliminate one of the employee's.
