Pros

Good people, lots of hard working people

Cons

Senior management doesn't care about employees. They talk down to employees, not supportive. They have all the answers but they never meet with customers. Very arrogant leadership and many times won't even respond to emails and questions from the staff.

Pros

Generous benefits that support employee health. Considerate managers and close knit teams. Fun holiday outings and generous quarterly goals paid out to the entire company.

Cons

You have to remain in your hired position for one full year before you are ever considered to be a worthy candidate for an internal position even if you would be a superior applicant for another role Blaze is hiring for. If you start in customer service good luck ever getting out of it unless that is what you want. There are rigid requirements on upward mobility and even if you prove yourself you will have to wait. If you ever thought working remotely at Blaze would be an option, there are employees who work remotely in admin that are being pushed out, the company is slowly pushing employees back into office.
